Ingredients:
  • (4 slices) Canadian bacon
  • (8) eggs
  • (1/4 cup) half-and-half
  • (2 Tbsp.) dry sherry
  • (1/2 tsp.) Worcestershire sauce
  • (1/8 tsp.) cayenne pepper
  • (1/2 cup) reduced fat Cheddar cheese, shredded

Individual servings of bacon and eggs with a spicy white cream sauce.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2Place 4 ramekins on a baking sheet and spray each with cooking spray.
  3. 3In a small bowl, stir together half and half, sherry, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Fill each ramekin with 1 slice bacon, 2 eggs and 2 Tbsp. cream sauce. Bake about 7 minutes.
  4. 4Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese over top of each casserole and bake another 7 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
