  • (1 Tbsp.) all-purpose flour
  • (1/2 cup) water
  • (3/4 cup) flaked unsweetened coconut
  • (1/2 cup) reduced-calorie margarine

  • (1 3/4 cups) quick-cooking oats, toasted
