  • (1/2 of a 10 3/4-oz. can) reduced-fat, reduced-sodium tomato soup, undiluted
  • (1/2 cup) fat-free milk
  • (1/4 cup) light Italian dressing
  • (1 Tbsp.) worcestershire sauce
  • (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard
  • Ground black pepper

  1. 1Fill a large pot with 2 inches cold water. Place over High heat to boil. Place carrots, bell peppers and onions in a steamer basket and place in the pot. Cover and steam 10 minutes,
