  • (1/2) cup Egg BeatersĀ®
  • (3/4) cup skim milk
  • (2 tsp.) vanilla extract
  • (1/2 tsp.) cinnamon
  • (1/4) cup maple syrup

A low-fat version of classic French toast.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat large skillet or
    griddle pan to medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a shallow dish, whisk
    together egg substitute, milk, vanilla and
    cinnamon until well combined.
  3. 3Dip one piece of bread at a time in the mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
  4. 4Place in pan, cook 2-3
    minutes, flip and cook another 2 minutes.
  5. 5Serve with maple syrup, enjoy!
