Ingredients:
  • (3) ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • (1 Tbsp.) brown sugar
  • (2 tsp.) lemon juice
  • (3 cups) nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • (6) gingersnaps, crumbled (optional)

Warm Peach Sundaes

Sweet baked peaches topped with creamy frozen yogurt and crumbled gingersnap cookies.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a large bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar and lemon juice. Arrange peaches on the greased baking
    sheet, cut side up.
  3. 3Bake 20-30 minutes, checking often to make sure the juice is not burning on the pan. If it is, add 1-2 Tbsp. of water and continue baking covered with foil.
  4. 4Serve each peach with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt and 1 crumbled gingersnap.* Enjoy!
