  • (2 1/4 tsp.) prepared mustard
  • (7.06 oz. puch) light water-packed tuna, flaked
  • (1/4 cup) sliced water chestnuts, chopped
  • (1/4 cup) green onions, chopped
  • (1/4 cup) celery, finely chopped
  • (3 Tbsp.) sweet red pepper, chopped
  • (2) spinach tortillas (8 in. diameter), at room temperature
  • (1 cup) shredded lettuce
