Sweet Nutty Dates

Pitted dates stuffed with toasted pine nuts and cooked in a sweet wine sauce.

  1. 1Place a small pan over medium
  2. 2Stuff each date with the chopped pine nuts, into the hole left by the pit. Place into pan, add pepper, wine and honey and cook until skins start to peel off.
  3. 3Remove from heat, cool and serve.
