  • (1/4 cup) unsweetened apple juice concentrate, thawed



Sugar Free Peanut Butter Balls

Thick and chunky peanut butter balls with coconut and oats.

  1. 1In a large mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, milk powder and coconut. Add oats, cinnamon, wheat germ and apple juice, stir until combined.
  2. 2Shape into 1 in. balls, place in plastic container. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm, serve.
