Ingredients:
  • (10 oz. package) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • (15 oz. container) part-skim ricotta cheese
  • (6 oz.) feta cheese, drained and crumbled
  • (4) egg whites
  • (1 tsp.) dried basil
  • (1/2 tsp.) lemon pepper seasoning

Chopped spinach, creamy ricotta and tangy feta cheese baked with egg whites until fluffy.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 in. baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2Mix together spinach, ricotta, feta, egg whites, basil and lemon pepper in a large bowl.
  3. 3Pour into greased pan and bake 1 hour, or until set. Serve and enjoy.
