Ingredients:
  • (1 Tbsp.) fat-free cream cheese
  • (1/4 to 1/2 tsp.) chili garlic sauce
  • (1) whole-wheat flour tortilla
  • (1/4 cup) roasted red bell pepper strips*
  • (1/4 cup) chopped fresh basil leaves
  • (3 oz.) shaved cooked London Broil

Spicy Beef Roll-Ups

Chili garlic sauce and roasted red bell peppers add a spicy kick to this hearty dish.

    Instructions

  1. 1 In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and chili garlic sauce.
  2. 2 Place one tortilla on a cutting board and spread the cream cheese mixture to the edges.
  3. 3 Cover the cream cheese mix with the pepper strips, basil and roast beef.
  4. 4 Loosely roll the tortilla and evenly stick 8 toothpicks in it to hold it in place.
  5. 5 Cut between each toothpick to make 8 even pieces. Enjoy!
