These vegan pancakes are easy to make and great tasting with the bold flavor of soy milk.

    Instructions

  1. 1Spray a large frying pan or griddle with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add soy milk and oil, whisk until
    smooth.
  2. 2Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto pan for each pancake. Cook 3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, enjoy!
