Ingredients:
  • (24) gyoza skins
  • (4 1-oz. slices) cold-smoked salmon, each cut into
    6 slices
  • (1/2 cup) Neufchâtel cheese
  • (2 Tbsp.) red onion, finely chopped
  • (1 Tbsp.) capers
  • (1 tsp.) fresh dill, chopped
  • (1/2 tsp.) grated lemon rind
  • (48 1/2-in.) chive pieces

Smoked Salmon Cheese Crisps

Crispy gyoza skins topped with a salty cheese spread, cold-smoked salmon and chives.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. 2Place wrappers next to each other on 2 baking sheets. Spray with cooking spray, then bake 6 minutes,
    or until crisp.
  3. 3Meanwhile, stir together cheese, red onion, capers, dill and lemon rind. Top each cooled gyoza skin with 1 tsp. cheese, a piece of salmon and 2 pieces of chive. Serve and enjoy!
