Ingredients:
  • (1) avocado, peeled and pitted
  • (1 large head) fresh broccoli, steamed
  • (2 Tbsp.) red onion, minced
  • (4 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (2 Tbsp.) lime juice
  • (1 Tbsp.) hot pepper sauce
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh cilantro, chopped

A lower fat version of guacamole made with avocado and broccoli.

  1. 1Combine broccoli and avocado in a large bowl, using a fork or potato masher to mask them together. Add onions, garlic, lime juice, hot sauce and cilantro, mix until combined. Add salt to taste, serve.
