  • (1 1/2 Tbsp.) sun-dried tomato oil
  • (1 Tbsp.) oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • (1/4 tsp.) freshly ground black pepper
  • (1 clove) garlic, minced
  • (4 cups) cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • (1 cup) tomato, chopped
  • (1/2 cup) grated Asiago cheese
  • (1/4 cup) fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • (6) pitas, cut in half
  • (3 cups) mixed baby greens
