Fresh kale baked until crispy then sprinkled with sea salt.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Tear kale into bite sized pieces (the size of a potato chip). Place onto baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Toss to combine.
  3. 3Bake 12 minutes, or until crispy. Sprinkle with sea salt when hot and serve.
