Ingredients:
  • (16 1-in. cubes) cantaloupe
  • (16 1-in. cubes) honeydew melon
  • (16 very thin slices) prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh lime juice
  • (2 tsp.) extra-virgin olive oil
  • (1/4 tsp.) crushed red pepper
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh mint, thinly sliced
