  • (2 Tbsp.) cornstarch or arrowroot
  • (1 Tbsp.) water
  • (1 tsp.) butter
  • (3 medium) plums or peaches, pitted and cut into
    thin wedges
  • (2 Tbsp.) lemon juice
  • (2 Tbsp.) honey
  • Pinch of ground cardamom
  • (1/2 cup) low-fat granola
  • (3 cups) fat-free greek-style yogurt

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, set aside.
  2. 2Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter. When melted, add plums or peaches, cook 3 minutes, stirring often.
  3. 3Stir in lemon juice, honey and cardamom, cook another minute. Whisk cornstarch again, add to skillet and stir until thick. Take off heat, add granola.
  4. 4Top each serving with 3/4 cup yogurt, enjoy!
