  • (1 Tbsp.) pesto sauce
  • (1/2 cup) skinless roasted chicken breast, shredded
  • (2 slices) part-skim mozzarella, each broken into about 4 pieces
  • (1 Tbsp.) toasted pine nuts

Roasted chicken, mozzarella cheese, toasted pine nuts and pesto grilled between two multigrain tortillas until crispy.

  1. 1Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Top each tortilla with a spread of pesto, chicken, cheese, pine nuts and another tortilla. Cook 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3Cut into wedges and serve.
