Ingredients:
  • (3 cups) tapioca starch, or 2 cups potato starch
  • (2/3 cup) 1% milk
  • (2 Tbsp.) extra-virgin olive oil
  • (1 tsp.) kosher salt
  • (1 large) egg
  • (1 large) egg white
  • (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Light and fluffy baked pastry puffs with Parmesan cheese.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2Place a small saucepan over High heat. Add milk, oil and salt and bring to a boil. Pour starch into a medium bowl and place by the stove. When milk boils, stir it into the starch, let
    cool.
  3. 3Add egg, egg white and cheese, mix together. Knead 3-5 minutes.
  4. 4Roll 1 Tbsp. at a time into a ball and place on the greased baking sheet. Bake 20 at a time for 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
