  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. On a baking sheet, top each muffin half evenly with cheese. Bake 3-4 minutes.
  2. 2Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Top muffins with ham, eggs, sour cream mixture and paprika. Bake another 15 minutes and serve.
