  • (14 oz. can) whole peeled tomatoes
  • (1/2 tsp.) kosher salt
  • (1/2 Tbsp.) olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • (1/4 cup) tomato sauce
  • (2) English muffins, split
  • (1 cup) shredded mozzarella
  • Cooked chicken sausage, sliced
  • (1/4 cup) roasted red peppers
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh basil leaves



Mini Chicken Sausage Pizzas

Split English muffins topped with a chunky tomato sauce, shredded cheese, chicken sausage and roasted red peppers.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. 2In a food processor, combine tomatoes, kosher salt, olive oil and 4 turns of a black pepper mill, pulse
    until chunky.
  3. 3On a baking sheet, top each muffin half with sauce, then divide cheese, sausage and peppers evenly. Add red pepper flakes as desired.
  4. 4Bake 15-20 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve with basil on top.
