  • (3/4 cup) egg substitute
  • (1/2 cup) fresh lime juice
  • (2 tsp.) grated lime rind
  • (6 oz.) reduced-fat ready-made graham cracker crust
  • (8 oz. container) fat-free whipped topping, thawed



Light and Easy Key Lime Pie

A 20 minute key lime pie with a graham cracker crust and whipped cream.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove crust wrapper and have crust ready to fill.
  2. 2Place condensed milk, egg substitute, lime juice and lime rind in a blender, process until smooth. Pour into crust.
  3. 3Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Spread whipped cream on top and serve each piece with a wedge of lime.
