Ingredients:
  • (3 Tbsp.) hot sauce
  • (3 tsp.) honey
  • (2 Tbsp.) low-sodium worcestershire sauce
  • (1/2 tsp.) paprika
  • (1 clove) garlic, crushed
  • (12) boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • Low-fat blue cheese dressing

Honey Hot Chicken Tenders

Lean chicken tenders coated in a sweet and spicy sauce and served with cool blue cheese dressing.

    Instructions

  1. 1Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Whisk together hot sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and garlic in a small bowl. Pour half into a large ziplock bag, set other half aside. Add chicken, seal bag and
    shake.
  3. 3Add to skillet and cook 2-4 minutes, turning once. Add remaining sauce, toss and serve with blue cheese
    dressing.
