  3. 3Separate dough into 2 equal portions, flatten evenly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. 4Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly flour work surface and rolling pin. Roll one half of the dough out to be 1/8 in. thick. Cut out 2 in. cookies and place on baking sheet 1 in. apart. Refrigerate leftover dough.
  5. 5Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Repeat and serve.
