Guilt Free Pound Cake

A delicious vanilla pound cake made with tangy sour cream.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 10 in. bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2Use an electric mixer to cream together sugar and butter. Add egg substitute while beating, continue until
    combined.
  3. 3In a small bowl, combine sour cream and baking soda, set aside. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.
  4. 4Alternately add flour and sour cream to sugar, starting and ending with flour and beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, stir.
  5. 5Pour into greased pan and bake 1 hour 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then remove and cool completely. Serve with whipped cream and fruit of
    your choice.*
