Fresh mozzarella cheese, vine ripened tomatoes and fresh basil sandwiched between buttery grilled whole-wheat bread.

    Instructions

  1. 1Heat a nonstick griddle or medium grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2Spread margarine on one side of each bread slice. Place two slices on griddle, butter side down. Top each slice with cheese, tomato, salt, pepper basil, and other bread slice, butter side up.
  3. 3Cook 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cut and serve.
