Ingredients:
  • (1 1/2 lb.) grouper or other white fish fillets
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh lime juice
  • (1 Tbsp.) light mayonnaise
  • (1/8 tsp.) onion powder
  • (1/8 tsp.) black pepper
  • (1/2 cup) fresh breadcrumbs
  • (1 1/2 Tbsp.) butter or stick margarine, melted
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh parsley, chopped

Golden Crusted Baked Lime Fish

Flaky baked white fish coated with a bright lime mayonnaise, fresh breadcrumbs and melted butter for color and flavor.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray an 11×7 in. baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, mayonnaise, onion powder and pepper. Place fish in greased baking dish. Top with lime mayonnaise, breadcrumbs and melted
    butter.
  3. 3Bake 20 minutes, or until flaky. Serve with chopped parsley.
