  • (4) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • (1) lime rind
  • (2 Tbsp.) lime juice
  • (1 Tbsp.) rum
  • (1) packet sweetener (Splenda)
  • (1 tsp.) cinnamon
  • Fresh veggies and fruit

Fruity Chicken Skewers

Chicken, vegetables, and fruit grilled on a stick with delicious flavor that’s sure to please any chicken lover.

Preparation Time

    Instructions

  1. 1Cut up the chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. 2Put the chicken into a resealable freezer bag with the sweetener, rum, lime rind and cinnamon.
  3. 3Squish the marinade into the chicken, then put into the the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. 4Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5Remove the chicken from the bag and assemble each wooden skewer with several pieces of chicken and desired fruit and vegetables*. Be sure to save the juice!
  6. 6Grill for about ten minutes, rotating occasionally and brushing with the juices. Enjoy!
