Ingredients:
  • (1 1/4 cups) fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
  • (1 1/2 tsp.) sugar
  • (4 tsp.) all-purpose flour, divided
  • (1 1/2 tsp.) orange juice
  • (1/4 cup) old-fashioned oats
  • (3 Tbsp.) chopped almonds
  • (4 tsp.) brown sugar
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • (1 Tbsp.) canola oil

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 2 oven-safe ramekins on a baking sheet.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine fruit, sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. flour and orange juice. Pour evenly into ramekins.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, toss together oats, almonds, brown sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. flour and cinnamon. Add oil, stir. Divide evenly between ramekins.
  4. 4Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden and serve.
