  • (9 oz.) round loaf focaccia bread
  • (3 oz.) prosciutto or (6 oz.) ham, thinly sliced
  • (4 oz.) Muenster cheese, thinly sliced
  • (6 oz. package) fresh baby spinach
  • (1/4 cup) bottled roasted red bell peppers, drained
  • (2 Tbsp.) light balsamic vinaigrette



Fancy Ham and Cheese Focaccia

Soft focaccia layered with thin prosciutto, Muenster cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. 2Use a serrated knife to cut the focaccia in half horizontally. Top the bottom with half of the meat, all of the cheese, spinach and roasted bell peppers, a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette and the bread top.
  3. 3Wrap in foil and bake 15 minutes. Cut into six pieces and serve.
