  • (1 Tbsp.) Smart Balance 37% Light Buttery
    Spread
  • (2 oz.) Reduced-fat mild cheddar cheese

A whole wheat English muffin with scrambled egg whites and cheese.

    Instructions

  1. 1Spray a small pan with cooking spray and set it over medium heat.
  2. 2Place english muffin in toaster.
  3. 3Shake egg beaters, pour into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring. Once edges start to set, flip. Break up with a spatula, add cheese and cook another 1-2 minutes until set and cheese is melted.

  4. 4Butter both sides of english
    muffins, separate eggs into two portions, assemble sandwiches. Enjoy!
