Double Decker Roast Beef Sandwich

This double decker sandwich is made up of two layers of thinly sliced roast beef, tomato chutney and blue cheese on whole grain bread.

  1. 1Lightly toast bread, then cut out a 3 1/4 inch circle from the center of each slice.
  2. 2To assemble, top each slice of bread with 1 slice roast beef, 1/2 Tbsp.
    chutney, one leaf each of basil and watercress, 1 Tbsp. blue cheese and another piece of bread.
  3. 3Repeat to make your second layer, stacked on top of the other. Serve with a pickle. Enjoy!
