Ingredients:
  • (1 Tbsp.) shallot, diced
  • (1/2 cup) cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • (1 cup) low-fat sour cream
  • (1 Tbsp.) white-wine vinegar
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh dill, chopped
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh chives, chopped
  • (1/4 tsp.) salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
