crunchy beef ravioli tomato salsa
Ingredients:
  • (16 oz. package) frozen beef ravioli, cooked and drained
  • (1/2 cup) dry bread crumbs
  • (1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp.) salt-free Italian herb seasoning
  • (1/4 cup) reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
  • (14 1/2 oz. can) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • (1/2 medium) green pepper, quartered
  • (1/2 small) red onion, quartered
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh oregano, minced (or 1 tsp. dried)
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh basil, minced (or 1 tsp. dried)
  • (1 clove) garlic, minced
  • (1 tsp.) balsamic vinegar
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt
  • (1/4 tsp.) sugar

Crunchy Beef Ravioli w/Tomato Salsa

Beef ravioli coated in tangy Italian dressing and seasoned bread crumbs, baked until crispy.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside ravioli for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Place dressing in a shallow dish, place bread crumbs and seasoning (start with 1/2 tsp. and add more to taste) in a separate shallow dish.
  3. 3Using separate hands, coat ravioli first in dressing then in seasoned bread crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet, spray with cooking spray. Bake 8-9 minutes.
  4. 4Process remaining ingredients in a blender until chopped. Serve with ravioli.
