  • (1/2 cup) fresh whole wheat bread crumbs

Crispy Pesto Striped Bass

Striped bass fillets topped with a pesto yogurt spread and breadcrumbs, then baked until flaky on the inside and the skin is crispy.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a sheet of foil on a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray.
  2. 2Place fillets skin side down on baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and pesto. Spread over fish, top evenly with breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Lightly press into fish.
  3. 3Bake 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through. Set aside 5 minutes. Serve with watercress.
