  • (1/2 cup) sweet onion, chopped
  • (1 small) green pepper, chopped
  • (2 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (2 Tbsp.) all-purpose flour
  • (2 Tbsp.) Dijon mustard
  • (1 Tbsp.) ketchup
  • (11 oz.) refrigerated crusty French loaf dough
  • (4 slices) reduced-fat processed American cheese product
  • (1) egg white, lightly beaten
  • (3 Tbsp.) shredded Parmesan cheese



Crispy Lean Cheeseburger Loaf

Lean ground beef sauteed with sweet onions, rolled in dough with cheese and baked until golden brown.
