  • (2/3 cup) radishes, sliced
  • (4 Tbsp.) mayonnaise
  • (2 tsp.) lemon juice
  • (1 tsp.) dried mustard
  • (3/4 tsp.) sea salt
  • (1/2 tsp.) coarsely ground black pepper
  • (4) hard rolls, such as kaiser or Portuguese, split
  • (1/4 head) butter lettuce
