Ingredients:
  • (3 Tbsp.) light cream cheese
  • (3 Tbsp.) fat-free sour cream
  • (4) green onions, chopped
  • (1/2 lb.) fresh crabmeat, free of bones
  • Pepper
  • (6) whole-wheat 8-inch tortillas
  • (1 medium) cucumber, thinly sliced
  • (1 Tbsp.) wasabi powder, combined with (1 Tbsp.) cold water
  • (1 large) avocado, quartered, pitted, and sliced

Creamy crab salad rolled in a whole-wheat tortilla with crunchy cucumber, spicy wasabi and avocado.

    Instructions

  1. 1Process cream cheese, sour cream, green onions and crab in a food processor until combined. Taste and add pepper if needed.
  2. 2Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap and microwave on High about a minute. Top each tortilla with 1/6 crab mixture, about 12 slices cucumber, a spoonful of wasabi mixture and avocado slices. Roll and serve.
