Ingredients:
  • (1 cup) whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • (1 Tbsp.) capers
  • (1/4 cup) sweet gherkins, finely chopped
  • (16 slices) pumpernickel bread
  • (1 lb.) corned beef, sliced
  • (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • (16 small leaves) red-leaf lettuce, rinsed and dried
