Ingredients:
  • (3/4 cup) whole wheat flour
  • (1/4 cup) sugar
  • (2 Tbsp.) baking cocoa
  • (1 tsp.) baking powder
  • (1/8 tsp.) salt
  • (1/8 tsp.) ground nutmeg
  • (3/4 cup) fat-free milk
  • (1/4 cup) egg substitute
  • (1 Tbsp.) reduced-fat butter, melted
  • (1 cup) fresh raspberries
  • (1/2 cup) fat-free vanilla yogurt

Chocolate Pancakes w/Raspberries

Whole-wheat cocoa pancakes topped with creamy vanilla yogurt and fresh, tart raspberries.

    Instructions

  1. 1Spray a griddle with cooking spray and preheat to medium heat.
  2. 2Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg substitute and butter. Mix into dry ingredients.
  3. 3Pour 1/4 cup for each pancake onto griddle. Cook 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form. Flip, cook another 1-2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. 4Top with raspberries and yogurt
    and serve.
