Ingredients:
  • (3/4 cup) butter or margarine
  • (4 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
  • (2 oz.) semisweet chocolate
  • (1/2 cup) chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • (1 1/2 cups) sugar
  • (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
  • (4 large) eggs, lightly beaten
  • (1 cup) all-purpose flour
  • (1 cup) hazelnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
  • (1/2 tsp.) salt

Chocolate Hazel Brownies

Fudgey chocolate brownies made with chocolate hazelnut spread and toasted hazelnuts.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9 in. metal baking pan with cooking spray. Place a 3 quart saucepan over medium-low heat. Add butter and chocolates. Heat until melted,
    stirring often.
  2. 2Take off heat, add hazelnut spread, sugar and vanilla, stir to combine. Stir in eggs. Add flour, hazelnuts and salt, stir until blended, pour into greased pan.
  3. 3Bake 25-30 minutes, or until fudgey. Cool on a wire rack and serve.
