Chocolate Crusted Cheesecake

A delicious chocolate-swirl cheesecake with a chocolate graham cracker crust.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 9 in. round pie pan with cooking spray.

  3. 3Use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheeses until smooth. Add sugar and flour, beat until combined. Add vanilla, egg whites and whole egg, beat until combined. Pour on top of crust.
  4. 4Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl 30 seconds at a time until just melted, stirring after each cycle. Drop 9 spoonfuls of chocolate onto pie, swirl with a knife.
  5. 5Bake 35 minutes or until almost set. Transfer to wire rack. When cool, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, up to overnight. Cut into 12 slices and serve.
