  • (1 tsp.) almond extract
  • (2 20-oz. cans) reduced-sugar cherry pie filling,
  • (3/4 tsp.) confectioners’ sugar

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9 in. baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2Use an electric mixer to beat together cake mix, eggs and almond extract. Beat in one can of pie filling. Pour into greased pan.
  3. 3Bake 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. 4Serve with a dusting of confectioners’ sugar and remaining pie filling.
