  • (3/4 cup) fat-free sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • (1/4 cup) butter or stick margarine, melted and
  • (1/4 cup) fat-free milk
  • (18.25 oz. package) devil’s food cake mix
  • (1 large) egg white, lightly beaten
  • (7 oz. jar) marshmallow creme
  • (1/2 cup) peanut butter morsels



Choco-Marshmallow PB Brownies

Thick chocolate brownies with marshmallow creme and peanut butter running throughout.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13 x 9 in. baking pan with cooking spray.Use an electric mixer to combine 1/2 cup condensed milk, butter, milk, cake mix and egg white.
  2. 2Sprinkle flour on your hands, then transfer 2/3 of the batter into an even layer in the greased pan. Bake 10
  3. 3Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine marshmallow creme and 1/4 cup condensed milk. Add morsels, stir to combine. Spread into an even layer over brownies.
  4. 4Add remaining spoonfuls of cake batter over the top of the marshmallows, bake another 30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack until completely cool.
