Ingredients:
  • (1 1/3 cups) fresh broccoli, chopped or stir-fry
    vegetable blend
  • (1 cup) cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • (4 1/2 tsp.) reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • (2 tsp.) sesame oil
  • (2 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (1/2 tsp.) ground ginger
  • (8) egg roll wrappers

Chicken Stir-Fry Egg Rolls

Crispy egg rolls stuffed with stir-fry vegetables, shredded chicken and Asian flavored spices.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2Mix together broccoli, chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ground ginger in a small bowl.
  3. 3Top each wrapper with 1/4 cup mixture. Fold in bottom corner and sides, brush water on the remaining corner and tightly roll up. Place on a baking sheet, seam side down.
  4. 4Spray with cooking spray and bake 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
