Ingredients:
  • (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • (1 Tbsp.) fresh parsley, minced
  • (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard
  • (1 1/2 tsp.) onion, finely chopped
  • (1 3/4 cups) cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • (2 strips) bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • (1 cup) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
  • (2 8 oz. tubes) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • (2) plum tomatoes, half of one chopped and the rest sliced
  • (2 cups) shredded lettuce

Chicken Club Crescents

An impressive baked ring of crescent rolls filled with chicken, bacon and cheese.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. 2Mix together mayonnaise, parsley, mustard and onion in a large bowl. Add chicken, bacon and 3/4 cup cheese,
    set aside.
  3. 3Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 12 in. round pizza pan, overlapping the wider ends with the points facing outward.
  4. 4Top each triangle on the wide end with chicken mixture, fold point over and tuck underneath. Tuck tomato slices inbetween the folds.
  5. 5Bake 20-25 minutes, or until golden. Top with rest of cheese, set aside 5 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomato in the center.
