Lean sausage and cheese meatballs baked until golden brown without all the fat and calories.

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a nonstick jelly roll pan with canola oil cooking spray.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheese, Bisquick and milk until combined. Roll into 1 in. balls and arrange on greased pan. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. 3Bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown, serve.
