  • (4 tsp.) canola oil
  • (3/4 tsp.) salt
  • (3 lb.) baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 in.
    thick strips
  • (2 Tbsp.) butter
  • (8 cloves) garlic, minced
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • (2 Tbsp.) freshly grated Parmesan cheese



Butter Garlic Oven Fries

Thick potatoes simply seasoned and baked until tender and crispy, then tossed in garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.

About 50 minutes


  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2Place oil, salt and potatoes into a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Seal and toss.
  3. 3Transfer to baking sheet and bake 50 minutes, turning halfway through.
  4. 4At about 5 minutes left, place a large nonstick skillet over low heat. Add butter and garlic, stir for 2 minutes until melted. Toss hot potatoes, parsley and cheese with butter, serve.
