  • (1 cup) brown sugar
  • (4) fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • (1/8 tsp.) ground ginger
  • (1/8 tsp.) ground cloves
  • (2 Tbsp.) fresh lemon juice

Brown Sugar Peach Chicken

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts topped with brown sugar, peach slices and spices, baked until sweet and caramelized.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×13 in. baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2In baking dish, top chicken with 1/2 cup brown sugar, peach slices and rest of brown sugar, ginger, cloves and lemon juice.
  3. 3Bake 30 minutes, basting frequently. Serve and enjoy.
