  • (1 1/4 lb.) skinless, boneless chicken breast meat – cut into strips
  • (16 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce

Lean chicken breasts broiled with onions and bell peppers in spaghetti sauce.

    Instructions

  1. 1Preheat broiler. In a broiler pan, combine onions, bell pepper and tomatoes.
  2. 2Broil about 5 minutes, or until softened. Add chicken, sauce and water as needed. Broil another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve and enjoy.
